Bella Mondo Images is dedicated to the principal that we spend our days too focused on the negative things around us that we forget to take a look at all the beauty the world has to offer.

My name is John Esposito and even though I spent my formative years growing up in Howard Beach (Queens) NY, Rochester and Henrietta have been my home for the past 34 years.  I have been interested in photography since I was young.  My fondest memory was of waiting on a roadway at JFK airport for Pope Paul the 6th to drive by.  I had a very old B/W cameras and the only picture of the pope was this blur on the screen.  As I got older I graduate to a 126 format, yes it was under the tree and said open me first. (remember those commercials?)

I was fortunate for 25 years to work for Eastman Kodak and in the beginning of my career was able to take advantage of the many training class they had to offer. For some years photography was replaced by raising a family, getting my advance degree, and trying to stay under the radar as Kodak destroyed itself. In 2005 within 3 months of each other, I graduated with a MSIT from Rochester Institute of Technology and Kodak. It was then I started again on improving my photography skills. Today I would consider myself a highly functioning armature that is always looking for new way to improve the craft.

My main interest has always been landscapes, with a focus on Waterfalls.  I also enjoy street photography and have been experimenting with both Nature and Macro images. I also am starting to teach photography.  I will be teaching a basic Point in Shoot class at Rush Henrietta High School and will also begin to offer private and group tutoring.  I find that the more I talk about photography the better I get.  Also a lot of people of helped me the past couple of years and this is my chance to pay it forward.

Please take the time to look at my Galleries and comment if you wish. I am always open to constructive comments, as this is the only way to improve

Thank you for coming and godere di questo bella mondo (enjoy this beautiful world)
